Anyone know what causes a Sim to have a particular lifetime want? I keep trying to make Mad Scientists or Rock Gods, and they keep wanting to be Media Magnates or Space Pirates. (Just examples, really.) It seems to be loosely based on personality, but in no way that I've been able to decipher. Anyone care to share their experiences? Munineye 21:31, 12 September 2008 (UTC)

It depends on their Aspiration. For example, Knowledge Sims are more likely to want to be a Mad Scientist. Popularity and Romance are likely to give the Rock God want. -- a_morris 14:41, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
