Am I being completely blind?

I added some information about real life animals in the paitings folder but I'd like to know if anyone has seen images of real life animals within the game, whether it be in buy mode as a painting etc. Lost Labyrinth   (c)(b) 18:07, June 18, 2011 (UTC)

With sufficient creativity skill, we can paint custom painting in easel. The picture of the animals you mentioned are for that custom painting purpose. This is a new feature from Pets. Seasons, Bon Voyage, and FreeTime also add new pictures in that folder for more custom paintings. In fact, we can also add our own pictures in the folder. Nikel23 09:22, June 19, 2011 (UTC)
I think I have heard things about real life images in other places as well, can't remember where though. --WH (talk) 09:34, June 19, 2011 (UTC)
Then I guess it's obvious that my Sims aren't very creative. :P Removed the part about the files. Lost Labyrinth   (c)(b) 10:00, June 19, 2011 (UTC)
lol GG. FYI, we can also put our own video for TV channels and custom music in available radio station. But I don't really know how since I don't care putting custom things to my game. Nikel23 13:00, June 19, 2011 (UTC)
I guess we should leave the article as it is for now. Though I may experiment with the game and see if I can get a Sim to paint a trollface. :P Lost Labyrinth   (c)(b) 13:06, June 19, 2011 (UTC)

I'm completley sure that when a sim tells a ghost story (I don't know which expansion pack.) in Sims 3, Morcubus from MySims will randomly appear. I was watching a legacy and he poofed up when the sims told ghost stories, and he was in MySim form, not a real sim.207.119.0.43 02:12, August 24, 2011 (UTC)

Removed Easter Egg

A while back I posted in the Homages to Art and Literature section a reference to Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll but now it has been deleted. I would like to know if someone could tell me why it was deleted or at least the edit summary for the edit that removed it. Additionally, if it was deleted because I had no reference it was because I experienced it in my game and rushed to post it. Also, if someone could restore it/put it back that would be great, thanks. (I forgot my signiture and added it and this the day after I posted, I hope it's not a problem) O sry, i lost the crystal skull. 16:43, June 29, 2012 (UTC)

It would be quite difficult to track down which Easter egg was removed. Could you write it down again or specify when and/or what username you used to posted that Easter egg? Nikel Talk Vote! 11:17, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
I cannot write it down again because it was one of those pop-ups in the top-right corner and I copied it word-for-word. I can describe how it happened, but I doubt it will help because the chances of being able to re-create it are pretty low. Also, I am pretty sure I posted it under Zacadoole1, but I might have forgot to log in and it was anonymous. Isn't there a way to see previous versions of a page, though? I can't seem to figure it out. O sry, I lost the crystal skull. user:Zacadoole1 15:08, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
I've seen your contributions, and it seemed that you added it as an unregistered user. There is a log for the history in here, but it's really long and I can't check each of the revision to see which trivia was removed. Nikel Talk Vote! 15:11, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
Oh, wait. I've got it. Since you just replied with your IP, I saw the contribution and the Easter egg! It's here:

When your sim is investigating a tunnel dug by a miner you can get a message saying "SIM saw an officious looking white rabbit running down a tunnel, but decided to leave that business for some other sucker." This is a reference to the book "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" by Lewis Carroll.

Not sure if I could add it though. At least now I've retrieved it. Nikel Talk Vote! 15:14, July 4, 2012 (UTC)
