- No. For one thing, real-life llamas don't have manes, though they are pretty shaggy. Also, they're even-toed; they have divided hooves like camels and cows. That looks more like a very stylized horse than a llama. Also, llamas seem to have been a Maxis thing since the original SimCity, which was released in 1989. From what I can tease out of Wikipedia, that predates the idea of Pokémon, much less any releases. Dharden (talk) 15:56, July 29, 2010 (UTC)
- Llamas bring to mind veteran video game developer Jeff Minter, camelid-obsessed founder of Llamasoft and auteur of Attack of the Mutant Camels, Return of the Mutant Camels, Revenge of the Mutant Camels, Mama Llama, Llamatron 2112, Llamazap, Metagalactic Llamas Battle at the Edge of Time, and Tempest 2000. I want the running gag animal to be CATS!Well, then I'd have a llama in between my pillows.I guess it would be more painful!
