The "Battle of the Bands" opportunity mentioned a payout of 5,000 dollars instead of 5,000 simoleons. Easy enough to do, easy enough to miss - and easy enough to fix. Dharden 12:56, June 6, 2010 (UTC)

Late Night Music Skills

Is there an integration problem of the late night music skills that the option to use another instrument for this career does not exist? It seems like a very artificial limit, even for this game. 145.100.125.133 (talk) 12:32, September 26, 2012 (UTC)

Yeah. It really sucks that there are no other uses for Piano, Bass, and Drums skills other than band. :/ I wish there's a mod that could change that... Nikel Talk – Vote! 12:42, September 26, 2012 (UTC)

Sims 3 has improved

I'm pleased and surprised to see that the music career has been expanded and made more logical in the Sims 3, contrary to the direction the authors usually take, introducing chaos and jokes. No longer one becomes a Conductor from a Roadie and then goes back to being a Rock God. -- J7n (talk) 21:29, January 10, 2013 (UTC)
