Cancelling Newspaper Delivery?

The page tells that in TS3 I can cancel the newspaper delivery by calling services. However, I can't find such an option in the game. I tried using the cellphone, and there's adoption, pizza delivery, cleaner, nanny, police, lackey and fire service, but no option for cancelling the newspaper delivery.
