Paka'a is defined as male in-game, and on discussion pages for other sims the concensus has been that "Non-binary" will only be used when it's stated in-game, for example in household description, or if a SimGuru has explicitly said that the sim is non-binary, otherwise the sim should be listed here as their in-game sex/gender and be added to the "Sim with gender customization" category if they have a customized gender.
