Skin[edit source]

In TS3, you can choose green, blue and red skin tones in CAS, and I have a question: If a Sim with a blue skin tone and a Sim with a red skin tone have a baby, can they have a purple child? Template:Bakerychaz sig 12:54, August 1, 2012 (UTC)

I'm not sure. I recall reading a mod (AwesomeMod perhaps?) that fixes the skin blending to be more detailed and better which is based on 2 color palletes. Nikel Talk Vote! 14:43, August 1, 2012 (UTC)

The Sims 3[edit source]

Since the sections for The Sims and The Sims 2 focus on technical aspects of how skins and clothing work, I think it'd be good if someone could provide that info for The Sims 3. Dharden (talk) 16:34, January 16, 2013 (UTC)

Zombie Skin[edit source]

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I was wondering why there was no zombie skin for The Sims 2in the {{Sim}} templates. Probably because there are no pre-made zombies? Does it make sense to put it in there? (for the fanons I guess).

The icon in-game shows somehow the University logo, so I also uploaded one without the logo.

I copied this to The Sims Wiki talk:Development Portal. Dharden (talk) 13:47, March 7, 2013 (UTC)
Oh, if you got the icon by putting CAS in Debug Mode, the University logo would indicate that the tone is from University. Dharden (talk) 14:02, March 7, 2013 (UTC)
Yup, there might be no premade zombies (or mannequins, robots\Servos, and werewolfs) but fanon sims could easily have the same life states. The same way, if someone makes a family where everyone has funky skin\hair\eyecolors, they could also be put there. It's the same for TS3, the only lifestates that premades would have are Fairy, Werewolf, Witch, Vampire, Plantsim, Mermaid, and Plumbot. Kaiko Mikkusu (talk) 17:30, July 27, 2014 (UTC)
