Bleeh My daddy is the richest man in all of Belladonna Cove! When is it going to come out? It was confirmed in 2007, it's been 3 years. That's enough time to make even an expensive movie (maybe not Avatar though!). Has anyone related to The Sims spoke about it (I'm not talking about the likes of Don Lothario, Kaylynn Langerak, or Daniel Pleasant!)?

Actually, I believe it's canceled. :( It's been rumored for a long time and there's no new news about it so... Vss2eip^{talk here} 11:07, October 3, 2011 (UTC)

I did some research on this and even though most sources are fairly contradicting to one another, the majority seem to agree that it's been canceled (or simply never went on from the pre-production phase of filming). Good old IMDb has a page for a The Sims film saying it is (or, more likely, was) supposed to be released in 2012, but I believe the page is only still there because the film rights were purchased. Most of what I just said was just speculation, so please, if anyone finds anything on the topic please post it here (or on the page if you're sure it's correct and the source is valid)! --Bob ^๑ 12:40, October 3, 2011 (UTC)
