When adding new patches we should strive to keep the same formatting. A good rule of thumb would be to copy-paste the layout of the previous patch. Just remember to remove all the content on the page, but not the tables. Update game versions and dates. Add relevant images. Adopt a simple bullet listing of changes. Split changes for expansions and stuff packs into new level 2 headlines. Most importantly: Don't add, modify or delete the notes from EA's site. Correcting a typo or punctuation error is okay, but keep notes, clarifications, helpful links and after-thoughts in references. | Duskey | 14:44, June 15, 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks to User:A morris I've been able to make a template for patches. At the time of writing it is only implemented on the Patch 12 page, so please use that for copy+paste of future patch notes. Duskey(talk)(blog) 03:39, June 19, 2010 (UTC)
