Unused accessories - Hat

Should we classify her hat as unused or not? The reason I'm asking is because her hairstyle normally isn't hidden when I've played The Sims 2.

When I play the Sims 2 with University, Seasons, Bon Voyage and FreeTime installed, the hairstyle can only be accessed in CAS debug mode.

But when I play - the base game on it's own, with Nightlife, Open for Business and Apartment Life installed, or with every Expansion pack installed, the hairstyle is not hidden.

The same applies to the center part hairstyle that Bianca Monty uses.

The question is - should we remove her from the category: Sims with unused accessories? Or should we add some information describing what I've mentioned above and keep her in this category?

I'm rebuilding CAS thumbnails so they'll pick up some DRs I have, and found that the hairstyle is available to teens, but not to older Sims. This is with all EPs except Bon Voyage and Apartment Life. It looks like availability varies with EPs and/or regional versions. Dharden (talk) 21:18, September 1, 2014 (UTC)

More info: In my game, the style is available to teen and elder females, but not adults or young adults. There is also a male version that is available to teens but not adults. (I haven't checked elders and YAs yet.) Dharden (talk) 00:38, September 2, 2014 (UTC)

I finally found the correct Property Sets for the YAF-enabled version of the hat. Here's the problem, as far as I can tell: Other colors/styles of that hat have their flags set to A (hat + townie-disabled). When the BG adult hairs were YA-enabled for University, the flags for that particular style were set to B (hat + townie-disabled + hidden). Whether it was intentional or EAFail, I don't know, but given EA's track record... Dharden (talk) 20:29, September 9, 2015 (UTC)
