Parameters
  • reason - (optional) Reason of block.
  • sig - (optional) Signature of the issuing administrator.
Block appeals

The optional parameter appeal can be set as "yes" if the blocked user is eligible to appeal their block. The template will by default state that the block cannot be appealed.
