It is meant to detail processes or procedures of some aspect or aspects of The Sims Wiki's norms and practices. It is not a policy page.

This template is added to the top of help pages used to provide technical documentation or instructional material. It should not be used on policy pages. It adds pages to Category:Wiki help pages.
