Description

This is a block message for use on IP addresses that are believed to be open or anonymizing proxies. Since anyone can get behind an open proxy, they are subject to abuse, and may be blocked on The Sims Wiki to prevent disruption.

Usage

If you are using the template on the talk page of the user, remember to substitute the template, like this:

If you're using it in the block reason/summary for the user, it should be transcluded:
