BoolProp Testingcheatsenabled (True or False) is a debugging tool for The Sims 2 which is considered to be very powerful and can mess up a game. However, whether a game crashes or not through the boolprop prompt depends on the user's computer. To use it enter the prompt and true, then press the key Shift while simultaneously clicking on a Sim. A menu will pop up giving the player options. There are many actions you can do with this cheat including making Sims Grow Up, changing a Sim's Aspiration, putting an object like a sink or counter in it's dirty state, spawning cheat objects, and making Sim's selectable or unselectable. To turn the cheat off type the prompt in the cheat window with the word false after it.

This "cheat" also enables "force error". If a player uses this depending on what they click, they can delete a sim or reset a sim. It can be handy if a character is frozen to reset them but it can be dangerous too.

Many times this cheat will cause family members to disappear. A pop-up will show on the game, saying there is an error with (insert random numbers and letters here) and give you three choices. No matter what you chose, it always happens that the sim you were using or interacting with disappears from the game. However, much contrary to popular belief that you have to exit without saving, there is always a better option via the 'Tombstone of L and D', a spawnable cheat object accessible via boolprop. All you have to do is select 'Get Family Member', since it was your sim that got deleted and all, and click on the name of the missing sim. Sure enough, they will return.

Another thing that may happen is that when you start to play a game where you have saved with BoolProp on, that sims will randomly die (sometimes all sims, sometimes a few). The only way out of this is to either disable boolprop before you save, or if its already to late, get the resurrect-o-matic and resurrect the dead sim before another sim dies. The sim won't die when its brought back to life unless you make the same mistake again or through the normal ways.

Also, when using the spawn servo cheat, when the servo dresses in formal clothes, it will have a human face superimposed over it.

Note When you quit out of the game, the next time you go in you have to do the cheat again.

Sims 3

A cheat similar to boolprop has been confirmed for Sims 3. By entering "testingCheatsenabled true" you will be able to move relationships and motives up or down, along with all the options available when you shift-click the mailbox, just like in Sims.
