AWARDS

Awards are a fun way of showing that a Wikia user has done something good for the project. They can be displayed on a user page using an awards template or your own custom code. Hopefully this page will grow as new awards are added.

To make these awards meaningful, please don't add them to your page unless you have earned them. Some awards, such as the wikithanks flowers, can only be given by someone else to you; you cannot give them to yourself. Others, such as awards for reaching a certain milestone, you can put on your own page as soon as you achieve the goal.

If you would like to suggest a new award, please do so on the talk page. If the community likes your idea, it can be added to this page.

Taskstars [edit source]

Taskstars are given for completing a task on the Forums. There are three levels, bronze (for tasks that take about an hour), silver (for tasks that take about 4 hours), and gold (for tasks that take more than four hours).

These can be added to your user page as soon as the contact for the task says that it is complete.

Wikithanks [edit source]

These can be given to anyone by anyone. They are a way of saying "thank you" to another Wikian. It might be for a good edit, or for helping with a problem, or for their great work in fixing typos. Anything you want to say "thanks" for.

WikiaBirthday [edit source]

Birthday cakes tell people how long you've been on Wikia. You can have one for every year since you've joined.

Sims-Themed Awards [edit source]

Many awards are based on moodlet images found in The Sims 3 and can be placed on user pages as awards!

Placing any of these:

award trophy

award medal

award work

award stapler

award mug

award smile

award hat

award camera

award notebook

... Will produce these
