||Overview of Problems||Lesya Zirka has been known for a little while to have a major interest in Ukrainian culture. While this is certainly not a bad thing, it has caused numerous issues in moderation which had caused a role in her two chatbans for spam and a number of her blogs being deleted due to their content, as they were merely just a few lines about one specific thing regarding Ukrainian culture (example - admins only, sorry) and they have caused a backlash from members of the community.

With her chatbans and previous other warnings (both on-Chat and on-wiki) taken into account, it seems something should be done to make this not so much of an issue for both Chat and the wiki in its entirety. Lesya has potential as evident by her edit count and it would be fair to try and keep her around despite all of this.
|-
||User Restrictions||
*Lesya is allowed to post one line of text about Ukrainian culture in Chat and can continue a discussion provided others also share an interest in the discussion. If after one line there is no response, she should leave it be. If she continues then she'll earn a 24 hour ban from Chat for each offence and subsequent offences will stack (example: 24 hours > 48 hours > 72 hours etc.). This also includes complaining that nobody is responding to her on the subject.
*Lesya must not create blogs with very little content about one thing related to Ukranian culture. Doing so will result in her related blogs being deleted and a block of 24 hours will be applied for each offence with subsequent offences stacking.
*As it hasn't been a major issue, Lesya is allowed to mention her interests in Ukranian culture in the off-topic forum provided she has something substantial to add or a small reference (like in Forum:The person below you game). Abusing this in relation to her aforementioned blogging restriction will result in the same blocking model as mentioned above.
|-
||Comments||Note that an offence in Chat should not equal an additional ban on-wiki unless both Chat and the wiki have been used for these offences and vice versa. If she can go about a month or so without any offences then I'll move this to probation. I'm counting on you Lesya, don't mess this up. LabSig 19:04, March 13, 2013 (UTC)

This page lists specific rules put into place for existing users by Administrators. These users have likely been troublesome in one way or another yet seem to want to contribute in good faith or don't warrant any kind of extremity when it comes to discipline and as such, are given specific additional restrictions based on past behavior, tendencies to act disruptively, etc.

The rules here are to be dealt with by Admins only. If you see one of the following users causing trouble in one of the listed manners, please inform an admin ASAP.

Active Restrictions[edit source]

Below is a list of active restrictions on problem users. Users may be moved to Probation if they show good behavior for a reasonable amount of time since the institution of their restrictions or last block.

There are no active editing restrictions
