It doesn't really come close to the status of "stuff pack" in and of itself. It seems like it's just meant as an additional perk for signing up for an e-mail update service, similar to how [[Riverview]] was meant to be a free perk for registering a legitimate copy of ''The Sims 3''. The article is basically 'stub' status and seems unlikely to ever grow beyond that.
