:Yes! '''Attributes''' that's the word we can use for the ingame text. I noticed ''A morris'' added ''"Unlocked interaction"'' to some traits which I like. I'm also quite prone to adding ''"Player notes"'' or something along those lines, though we could call that ''"Behaviours"''. [[User:Duskey|Duskey]] 07:45, June 13, 2010 (UTC)
::Agreed, I think 'Attributes' is a good word for both situations. The reason I've avoided using "unlocked interaction" is because it's sometimes hard to classify what is an interaction... maybe I'm splitting hairs. I like the idea of Player Notes - it can be put in when a player has a comment that wasn't part of the original in-game text. I'm going to buzz through the articles and change 'Behavior' to 'Attributes' where it exists. [[User:LostInRiverview|LostInRiverview]] 07:50, June 13, 2010 (UTC)

== Updated style ==

As a few more "tricks" and such have come to the forefront since this was written, I think a slight modification of the "official standard style" is in order. Something along these lines:

<pre><nowiki>
[[File:Trait image.png|left]]
'''Trait''' is a <type of trait> [[trait]] found in ''[[The Sims 3]]'' (or, if in an
expansion, list the expansion instead). It conflicts with the ''[[trait]]'' trait, and is
available at <life stage>. (if this information is missing, either find it or leave it blank)

''In-Game text describing the trait, italicized as it is quoted.''{{clrl}}

==Attributes==
*List in-game text description of the trait.
*List them in bullet form
*When the game lists a trait as "Your Sim...", remove the "your" before posting.

If additional information is available, list it in the following categories - you do not need
to use all categories.

==Player Notes==
*Space for observations made by players that are not listed in in-game text.

==Related Skill(s)==
*If the trait affects one or more skills (example; [[handy]] trait affects [[handiness]]),
list the skill(s) here. If multiple skills are affected, '''bold''' those skill(s) affected
most or most directly.

==Possible Lifetime Wishes==
*If a skill may cause a Sim to have a certain Lifetime Wish, list those wishes here.

==Sims who have trait (reworded to include whichever trait is the article focus; Clumsy Sims,
Neat Sims, etc)==

Link to the category page for the trait: done by typing [[:Category:<category name>]]. Each
trait has a category, which is usually already categorized to the trait page.

{{<type of trait> (traits)}} - template for bottom-of-page links to other traits of the same
trait type.
</nowiki></pre>

Are there any refinements to the style that anyone else wants to make? [[User:LostInRiverview|LostInRiverview]]<small> ([[User_talk:LostInRiverview|talk]])([[User_blog:LostInRiverview|blog]])</small> 11:05, June 19, 2010 (UTC)
