Thomas is secretly in love with Alice. He is trying to summon the courage to tell her how he truly feels, but in the meantime he does everything he can to help her out.

Thomas Jones is one of the friend's of Alice Whitt. They steadily develop a relationship throughout the story. His dog Lucy Jones and Alice's Sam get together at the end of the game and have three puppies. Throughout most of the story Thomas had helped Alice get through her troubles with debt and the kidapping of her own dog Sam Whitt.

In Open End Classic mode in the family bio it says he and Alice have know each other since they were kids. And he has had a crush on her ever sice they were children but he was to nervous to tell her.
