Thuyet Karana (née Motoko)is the wife of Chandra Karana, the mother of Vivian Cho, and the grandmother of Etsu Cho. Not much is known about her since she is deceased before the start of The Sims 2. According to Vivian's memories, she died while Vivian was pregnant. She resembles her daughter quite a bit, which isn't very surprising since she's Vivian's mother, but she even dressed the same as her, which is uncommon in pre-created Sims.
