He was the husband of [[Edna Bell]], the father of [[Bartholomew Bell]], the grandfather of [[Issac Bell]], and the great grandfather of [[Daniel Bell]]. Tobias is completely resurrectable, even though he doesn't have a grave. He has the [[Romance]] [[Aspiration (The Sims 2)|aspiration]], and the [[Taurus]] [[zodiac sign]].

 

As far as [[personality]], Tobias is very playful, and a little bit neat and outgoing. But he is quite lazy, and somewhat grouchy.
