Toddler New Year is an NPC from The Sims 2: Happy Holiday Stuff and The Sims 2: Holiday Party Pack. When a Sim throws a New Year's bash, Father Time will appear at 11:00 PM.

Around midnight, (12:00 AM), Father Time will start making a ruckus, which all the Sims at the party will join, and will then transform into Toddler New Year.

Despite having the appearance of a toddler, he is actually treated as an adult by the game. Also his eyebrows are blond, despite having black hair, as well as genetics for black hair.

Do NOT attempt to make Toddler New Year selectable, move him into a family, turn him into a supernatural creature, or tamper with him in any way or form outside of his in-game designated purposes. Doing so will cause game corruption, fixed only by uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
