His family comes with The Sims 2: Seasons expansion pack
Tommy lives with his parents, two siblings, and grandmother Dora Ottomas. His mother is pregnant at the start of the game with twins but because of a glitch Peter will not apparently be listed as the father. The Ottomas supposedly live in Riverblossom Hills but because they are in the family bin they appear in every neighborhood.
