Tommy Ottomas comes with The Sims 2: Seasons expansion pack.

He lives with his parents, two siblings, and grandmother Dora Ottomas. His mother is pregnant at the start of the game with twins. The Ottomas supposedly live in Riverblossom Hills but because they are in the family bin they appear in every neighborhood.
