Toting Totem Backpack is a portable object in The Sims 3: University Life.

When place on the ground or any surface, the player can instruct their Sim to put it in their their inventory. After it's put or dragged into the Sim's inventory, the player can then toggle the object to be carried via "Put On Backpack" option.

Once commanded, the Sim will pull it out from the inventory and carry it with one strap temporarily when proceeding to walk to the desirable distance.
