The Tri-Var sorority may be the nicest Greek house on campus but with sisters like Heather and Brittany will Tiffany be able to convince anyone else to join?

The Tri-Var Sorority household has the pledge sisters Tiffany Sampson, Brittany Upsnott, and Heather Huffington residing in a chartered Greek house at Sim State University.

Tiffany's a freshman, who is studying the literature major, and has the Knowledge aspiration. She appears to have good relationships with her pledge sisters, although all three of them have a crush on Castor Nova. This fact can later lead to drama, but that's left to the player's approach to the game.

Heather is a freshman drama major, with the Romance aspiration. Her crushes are Martin Ruben and Castor Nova.

Brittany is a sophomore drama major. Her aspiration is Popularity, but she's a mean Sim who others don't really want to spend time with. Her bio implies that that's a shell which masks insecurity. She has a crush on Castor Nova.

The House is at Level 2.

The Tri-Var House

The first story of the house has, from left to right, a small entry hall with a door that leads to the back yard, a lounging area with a fireplace, a piano, and some recliners, the main entry hall, a half-bathroom, the dining area, and the kitchen. The kitchen is generally done in black, and has an expensive stove and refrigerator, nice counters, and an espresso machine.

The second story has the bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small TV area. All the bedrooms have the "St. Ajoque" single beds. The bedrooms on each end have two beds, while all the others have one. One room has a computer, and the other has a desk which can be used for doing assignments.
