Tristen Palmer is a Sim that was added to the game in an update as one of eight new characters in the pool of random Sims that appear when opening CAS. He was added along with Tomasina Turner, Aliya Fuego, Kat Jenkins, Valeria Lopez, Kasen Henry, Marco Russo, and Kurt Lumberjackson.
Tristen doesn't have an aspiration or traits but SimGuru Morgan, who created the new Sims, revealed his backstory on Twitter: "I always imagined Tristen Palmer as being kind of quiet and introverted. He probably grew up in Brindleton Bay and moved to the city for work. Even though he has a hard time making friends, he's actually super sarcastic and funny. Tristen probably wants a cat or dog."[1]
