The Unborn Alien Baby of Pascal Curious will be born shortly after starting to play the household. Pascal Curious was abducted by aliens before the game started, and he is on his third day of his pregnancy. There is a slightly higher chance (~ 60%) of getting a girl than a boy and unless cheats are used, there is no hope for twins. He/She will always have green skin and a 80% chance of having alien eyes.

In The Sims 2 on PSP, the child was a boy, who was named Tycho. In the story, Tycho was kidnapped by Vidcund Curious to make experiments.
