Glarn Curious is one of the pre-made, yet unplayable Sims in The Sims 2. He resided during his lifetime in Strangetown, one of the neighborhoods shipped with the game. Glarn was the son of Notzo and Zo Curious, and the ancestor of many of the town's Sims.

Glarn was abducted by an alien pollination technician (later known as Pollination Tech#9 Smith) and gave birth to two girls: Chloe and Lola. However, Glarn abandoned the two and left them in the care of Glabe Curious. In fact, Lola and Chloe have no memories of Glarn.

He later married Kitty Hogleg and with her had four Sim children: daughter Jenny, and sons Pascal, Vidcund, and Lazlo. His daughter would later go on to marry her father's abductor and have two children by him; at the start of the game, they are Glarn's only grandchildren. According to his children's memories, he died shortly before his son, Pascal Curious, was abducted by aliens.

Examining Glarn's Sim DNA in SimPE indicates that his hair was black before it turned grey. Also according to his age information, he had 23 days left before dying of old age. His facial structure is very similar, if not identical to that of Jonathan Ternynck.

Glabe and Glarn Curious are named after the song Glabe Glarn, which could be sung in Studio Town in The Sims: Superstar.
