Unborn baby Keaton

Unborn baby Keaton is the first child of Justine Keaton and Marty Keaton. If the pregnancy is left alone, the baby tends to be born a boy with the Clumsy and Couch Potato traits (opposite from Marty who has Athletic trait). The baby will usually have black hair and dark skin like his/her parents.
