This unborn child is the son/daughter of Claire Ursine and her ex-boyfriend Jared Frio. Claire is in the criminal career track and it's up to the player whether Claire will mould her child in her own image or change to a more suitable job for a mother.
If the pregnancy is left alone, the baby tends to be born a girl with the traits Athletic and Friendly.
