This unborn child is the child of Claire Ursine and her ex-boyfriend Jared Frio. Claire is in the criminal career track and it's up to the player whether Claire will mold her child in her own image or change to a more suitable job for a mother.
If the pregnancy is left alone, the baby tends to be born a girl (90% of chances to be a girl. And that can be changed by making the mother eat 3 or more apples.) with some combination of the Loner, Friendly and Athletic traits. She/he usually looks more like Claire, but she/he may inherit some minor features of her father. If story progression is left alone, she/he mostly grows up like her/his mother in the criminal career. She/he will almost always be born a red head, and most of the time with green eyes and freckles. She/he often grows to dislike one of her parents, mostly her/his father if story progression is left on, because Claire doesn't allow Jared to visit.
The baby, if apperences are left alone , won't grow hair
As with all illegitimate children, the baby will automatically be born with the mother's last name, but it can be changed to Frio at City Hall.
