Unborn baby Ursine is the child of Claire Ursine and her ex-boyfriend Jared Frio. Claire is in the criminal career track and it's up to the player whether Claire will mold her child in her own image or change to a more suitable job for a mother.

As with all illegitimate children, the baby will automatically be born with the mother's last name, but it can be changed at city hall if the player wishes him/her to have Jared's surname, or a blend of Jared and Claire's last names. Once born, and Claire is left alone with story progression on, the baby will always be a girl. ^{[confirmation needed]}
