Unsavory Charlatan

The Unsavory Charlatan
The Unsavory Charlatan is an NPC included with Bon Voyage. He shows up on community lots and tries to pick Sims' pockets. He can be reported by using the telephone booth.
Sims with low logic skill levels will be more liable to his tricks while Sims with higher logic might be able to ward off his plan. He is able to enter residential lots, vacation homes, and community lots.
Be careful of him because your Sim might be his next victim. Pay close attention to any Sims wearing a top hat and monocle because that might be the Unsavory Charlatan.
The Unsavory Charlatan seems to be in love with Mrs. Crumplebottom, and will attempt to serenade her if she is on the lot, which doesn't work. While he is serenading, you have a good chance to get away from them both.
On vacation lots, he may appear dressed as a local, as seen in the pictures below.
