The Unsavory Charlatan

The Unsavory Charlatan is an NPC that shows up on Community lots and tries to pick your pocket. You can report him, using the telephone booth.

Sims with low logic skill levels will be more liable to his tricks while Sims with higher logic might be able to ward off his plan. He is able to enter your house, vacation homes, and community lots.

Be careful of him because your Sim might be his next victim. Pay close attention to any Sims wearing a top hat and tuxedo because that might be the Unsavory Charlatan.
