It is split into nine districts, introduced in the PS2/Xbox/GameCube game as: Central Station, Kicktail Park, Gasoline Row, Skyline Beach, South Side Bridge, Diamond Heights, Cozmo Street, Neon East, and The Foundry.

Note: In the gamecubeGameCube port of the game, there is an exclusive feature inside this apartment. In the closet, is a wardrobe that looks just like a purple gamecubeGameCube. When the player uses it, therethey iscan obtain 2 costumes, 1 for each sex:

Central Station is a subway, complete with one section of non-working subway cars taken over as a hangout for [http://en.[wikipedia.org/wiki/Punk_subculture:Punk subculture|punk]] and [[wikipedia:Goth_subcultureGoth subculture|goth]] subcultures. It is located right below Kick Tail Park.

Gasoline Row depicts [[wikipedia:Motorcycle_clubMotorcycle club|biker culture]], possibly an [[wikipedia:Outlaw_motorcycle_clubOutlaw motorcycle club|outlaw motorcycle club]] (akin to [[wikipedia:Hells_AngelsHells Angels|Hells Angels]]) with a Chop Shop.

The Foundry is located in the industrial park, houses a design studio and is heavily based on [[wikipedia:The_FactoryThe Factory|Andy Warhol's factory]].
