Changing table is an object in The Sims 2 and (can be bought for SimPoints) from the The Sims 3 Store. It's primary used to change a baby's or toddler's diapers (which refills the child's hygiene motive), without dropping the napkin on the floor. It also has a few additional interactions, that varies in games.
