Hello there Sims Wikians! There are a number of recent developments on the wiki that you ought to be aware of, and some discussions and votes happening that could benefit from your input! GEORGIEGIBBONS Nominated for Bureaucrat GEORGIEGIBBONS (talk · contribs · editcount · block · modify rights · logs · block log) has been nominated for a Bureaucrat position, and his nomination is currently up for a vote here. Please be sure to read the rules for voting before casting your vote. The vote closes in 16:18 July 20 2011 UTC - go vote! Requests for Administratorship are still open If you are currently a rollbacker, and feel you are a strong member of the TSW community, then you can file an application for an administratorship position on the wiki. With many administrators being absent or inactive, we need experienced wiki editors and community members to help us continue to help and grow the wiki. Requests for administratorship should be filed on this page. Note that there are no strict minimum requirements for edit count, but having rollback is a mandatory prerequisite. If there are any users out there who aren't interested in becoming an administrator but wish to obtain rollback rights, they may file a request here. Community Disccusions There are currently some community discussions taking place on the community portal that could do with some user input. There is a vote to decide whether to keep the Wikia Chat feature once the two week trial ends on July 15th 2011. There is a vote to decide whether to have a mosiac header on the wiki, which ties in with our new background. Special thanks goes to JoePlay for designing the new background and proposed header. We would like to hear your ideas for any future clean-ups that we can undertake as a wiki. You may list your ideas here. Currently, we are working this month to ensure that we have less orphaned pages. You can find more details of this month's cleanup here. There is a discussion regarding the implementation of each game or generation's upcoming Portals. We have started a discussion to decide how to move forward with the proposal to eliminate Player Stories. Please take some time to look through these discussions and voice your opinions, so that we can reach a conclusion to these discussions as a community!
