Your crusade against he/she

We have been using that, or similar usage, for years without any problem or much, if any, comment. Why do you feel a need to go on an edit-crusade against it, seemingly to the exclusion of all else? If you really think it needs to be changed all across the wiki, why not start a discussion on here, or maybe on the administrators' noticeboard? Dharden (talk) 12:20, August 10, 2014 (UTC)
