Welcome

Hi, and welcome to The Sims Wiki, DanielCrumplebottom! Thanks for your edit to the File:CheerleaderNPC.png page.

Please leave a message on my talk page if I can help with anything about the wiki! (If you have questions about the game, please ask them in the Forum.) -- Monster2821 (Talk) 21:41, August 20, 2010

Thanks for your images

We appreciate the images you've contributed to the wiki, however it seems you forgot to add some things to them. The images in question are:

Licensing: All images must have their licensing information added. If the image is from The Sims series of games or contains the PlumbBob, it is copyrighted to EA. Add {{Copyright by EA}}.
If you've made the image yourself, you need to decide on the license. The Sims Wiki recommends a Creative Commons license. Unless stated otherwise the image will be assumed to be under the CC-BY-SA license.
See Category:Copyright tags for a list of available copyright options.

Categories: All images must be put in a category. You can browse image categories to find the correct one. In most cases, your image should only be included into one category and only be put in Category:Images if there is no other place to put it.
See Help:Category for more information.

If you have any further questions about this message or this wiki, feel free to contact me on my talk page. Duskey(talk) 22:59, August 20, 2010 (UTC)

Pleasantview social worker images

Your images are appreciated, but the headshots of the Pleasantview social workers rather mess up the layout of the Social worker article, and aren't really needed for the article itself. If you're going to add them, it'd be better to add them as a gallery. Dharden (talk) 16:11, September 13, 2010 (UTC)

Please use Preview

When you're working on a page, it's better to use the "preview" button until you have it the way you want, rather than to save after each step. Dharden (talk) 22:35, October 18, 2010 (UTC)

Editing other users' user pages

While The Sims Wiki talk:Policy#Editing user pages is not finalized as policy, edits to other users' user pages such as the one you made to User:Joaquinandthesim are frowned upon. This is not an official warning, but please don't do it again. Dharden (talk) 20:09, October 26, 2010 (UTC)
