Your images[edit source]

Please do not add fanon images into canon pages as you did here . You may wish to create a fanon page to put them in (see The Sims Wiki:Fanon Portal for more information), and then your player stories will be hapillly accepted in The Sims Wiki. Make sure you read the guidelines first. If have any questions, feel free to ask either me or another admin. A trip to hell is an exciting experience, isn't it? 20:33, February 4, 2012 (UTC)

The images you've uploaded have come from a livejouranl user named "Meetme2theriver". Unless you aren't this user, I suggest you stop uploading her own work. Also, please do not add these files to articles, because they are also non-canon. Ѧüя◎ґ 21:43, February 4, 2012 (UTC)

RE: Oh yeh[edit source]

It seems that the Wiki tends to be cautious regarding pictures. What were the images about exactly? I say this because sometimes the images imply things like romance or etc that are not explicit to the canon sim when the game immediately begins, not to mention the user. Apparently you aren't writing your own player stories, and usually user uploaded photos usually go filling in on the Fanons, and canon sims doing something is usually done to express things like traits or other part of the Simology (e.g. Morrigan Hemlock drinking plasma) Hope that helps. Canon sims are sims that pre-exist in the game, i.e. not created by the player or by story progression in the middle of a game. Because the main wiki page has to be true for most players (that is, excluding modders and trait changers, etc), it does put a strict limit on what can go there as it can only accept what the sim is as he/she is at the beginning of the game, and this is also the reason for the player story and the Fanon features. Images[edit source]

Please, once again, do not add fanon images into canon articles, which means you cannot add pictures that contain evolution of story progression into an article about a pre-made Sim. --RoseGui (talk here) 20:54, February 13, 2012 (UTC)

Images[edit source]

Please stop uploading fanon images and adding them to canon articles. Your edits here and here are unacceptable. If you continue to do this, you will be blocked. —Random Ranaun (Talk to me!) 04:59, February 14, 2012 (UTC)

Hmm, I believe that the wiki policy is rather vague on the pictures: were the pictures that you've recently uploaded your own? I haven't seen the pictures, but from what I've seen a less numerous number of pictures might have worked since the general pages are meant more for description: showing abduction (which I believe you included) had probably been a great addition to the wiki IMO, if the image was captured from your own game.

But, I'd like to note that the the images were way too many: Aliens and babies segment simply shows babies, and fawning over cuteness has no place in a canon article to be sure, since the policy does state that an canon article should not be loaded with pictures and should be directly relevant to the topic (and the baby pictures, especially in the multitudes, are not relevant enough). As what Mathetesalexandrou has said, it is true that you might have uploaded too many pictures at the same time. This, however, leads us to some precautions over you. To keep it convenient, you might be better to upload just some. Two or three, or maybe four. You just need to keep it down. Also, please refrain from naming a generic name of a file, such as "File:Love.jpg". Nikel Talk 10:31, February 14, 2012 (UTC)

Swearing[edit source]

I understand that you may be angry about your images getting deleted, but please do not use "curse" language in any form anywehere. Thank you. --RoseGui (talk here) 18:54, February 14, 2012 (UTC)

RE: This wiki is great (not)[edit source]

Please, Emmarider, don't get us wrong. We're not saying you cannot edit or anything, we're just saying that the images you have uploaded are not proper in the mainspace you added to, but you can still upload images and edit and all. Do not get too hostile either, we're not here to refrain you from editing, we are here to help you "fit in" the wiki. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me, when I come back from my absence. Best wishes. --RoseGui (talk here) 20:55, February 17, 2012 (UTC)
