Welcome!
Hello Ninjamellark and welcome to The Sims Wiki, and thank you for your contribution to the Fanon:Sims 3 Beach Life page! There's a lot to do around here, so I hope you'll stay with us and make many more improvements.
Recent changes is a great first stop, because you can see what pages other people have been editing, and where you can help.
Questions? You can ask at the Help desk or on the "discussion" page associated with each article, leave a message with an administrator or post a message on my talk page!
Need help? The Community Portal has an outline of the site, and pages to help you learn how to edit. You may also try asking for help on the IRC channel, where some users may be able to help you!
Want someone to guide you along the way? Check out our user adoption program which is designed to help out new and possibly inexperienced users like yourself.
Spotted some vandalism? We have a team of administrators who will happily deal with vandalism when they see it. If you have found some vandalism from a user who hasn't been sanctioned, you can help by reporting it!
Please sign in every time you edit, so that we can recognize you!
Want to get noticed in the community? Well, we have tons of opportunities for you! The Forums are a great place for The Sims and The Sims Wiki related questions and games! Not your style? How about a chatroom with your fellow contributors? Have some fun on the IRC channel or on-wiki chat feature! We are also the host to a variety of community created contests. Want to suggest a change for the wiki? Feel free to ask on the community discussions forum! So, what are you waiting for? Get out there and have fun!
I'm really happy to have you here, and I look forward to contributing with you! -- Nikel23 (Talk) 07:13, January 20, 2013

Square boxes?[edit source]

You don't have to make them, all you have to do is use the proper premade templates. For example, {{Property|<username>}} creates the "Ownership" box, {{Fanon-uc}} creates the "Under construction" box, and {{Evolve}} creates the "Evolve" box. Get the idea? Permission error?[edit source]

Without knowing just what you were trying to do, I can't tell why you are seeing permission errors. Also, it would be better to ask in the Help desk forum, so more people will see your question. Dharden (talk) 14:47, January 24, 2013 (UTC)

Oh, for future reference, don't delete headers like this:{{Forumheader|Help desk}}<!-- Please put your content under this line. Be sure to sign your edits with four tildes: ~~~~ --> The "Forumheader" template is what makes the post appear in the list of posts available on the forum. Chapter 1[edit source]

Hi. As "Chapter 1" is too generic to become a fanon title, I've moved it to Fanon:After Dark/Chapter 1 as a subpage. I hope you don't mind. Nikel Talk Vote! 08:09, January 25, 2013 (UTC)

From Dutch-tom:

I didn't fix it. I still can't upload pictures...

Just because you're frustrated over not becoming a chatmod doesn't mean you can remove other people's messages at your own free will. That can actually be considered as quite disrespectful and that can easily stack on top of your attitude throughout all of that. Lost Labyrinth (c)(b) 10:37, February 19, 2013 (UTC)
