The reason why Featured template is on the bottom and not in the top of the page is because the page already an era template on the top of the page that show that the article is a featured article. if you see on the top right of the page there is a small star. But if you want to suggest it on the top of the page, feel free to contact [[User:A morris|A morris]] ofor [[User:RoseGui|RoseGui]], they are in the charge in the featured article :) [[User:Wiryawan310|Wiryawan310]] 16:23, December 20, 2011 (UTC)
