VIP sections are usually for level 2 celebrities, although Sims can bribe the bouncer in order to get in; the more the Sim pays, the higher the chance of getting in. If this is unsuccessful, Sims can sneak in and remain until the bouncer kicks them out. If the Sim owns the bar, they can simply enter.
