The vet clinic is a lot type and a business introduced in The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs. They are places where pet owners can take their pets to be treated by vets.

The Sims 4: Cats and Dogs
Vet clinics make their first and only appearance so far in The Sims 4: Cats and Dogs. There is only one preset Vetvet Clinicclinic that exists in the world, Brindleton Pawspital, found in the Sable Square in Brindleton Bay. Other vet clinics must be built by the player or added via the Gallery, if they want multiple clinics. When a Sim enters the lot, it will have randomized NPCs as vets. However, when a Sim who owns a vet clinic enters it, they can take full control over many aspects of running it.
Owning a vet clinic
In Cats and Dogs, Sims can also own restaurants and can customize a variety of things such as the markup price, advertisements to bring in customers, vet supply quality, and staff outfits.

Every vet clinic must have at least one vet, and they must be different Sims. Only one Sim can be hired as a vet, but by purchasing vet clinic perks, a vet clinic can have up to three hired vets.

Each vet clinic has a rating of 1 to 5 stars, and each star can help gain more customers and more pay. The only way of getting the stars to go up is by making the clinic's customers feel happy. Every customer enters with at least 3 stars above their head and will gain more or less stars depending on their satisfaction.
