When Violet grows into an [[adult]], it becomes clear that her eyes and nose use a slightly modified version of a pre-made [[Create a Sim|CAS]] face already in Create a Sim, for the first skin tone for [[adult]] females, with the choppy hairstyle. This pre-made CAS face uses the 25th face template which is the 2nd of the two broken Maxis face templates. However this version is linked to the 26th face instead of the 2nd, if used on other life stages. Violet inherited her eyes and nose from her mother.
When her character data is viewed in [[Package editor#SimPE|SimPE]], it can be seen that Violet's dominant [[genetics]] are for brown hair and dark blue eyes, while her recessive genetics are for blonde hair and light blue eyes. Even though her mother is homozygous for light skin, Violet herself is homozygous for tanned skin.
