Vlad Schlick is a vampire living in Bridgeport. He is good friends with Elvira Slayer and apparently with Lotta Greaves since when resurrected, she is friends with him. He work's in the Criminal career track as Thug (level 3).
His name might be a reference to the well-known Vlad Dracula.
