Water Slide Game The Sims: Vacation, The Sims 2: Seasons, The Sims 3: Island Paradise Buyable Build mode Price §419, §800 Type Motives

The water slide or pool slide is a Build mode object which was introduced in The Sims: Vacation, and re-introduced in The Sims 2: Seasons. It must be placed along the edge of a swimming pool to be useful. Unlike the diving board, Sims have no fears or reservations about using the water slide to enter the pool.

In Vacation, the pool slide is known as The Wet and Twisted, and costs §419. In Seasons, it is known as The Kronklehorn, and costs §800. Despite the differences in name and price, it looks the same in both games, except for a few slight differences in the ladder.

It has been confirmed that a water slide will be in The Sims 3: Island Paradise. The cover art and pre-release promotional images for Island Paradise suggest that it will be similar to the water slides in Vacation and The Sims 2: Seasons.

Buy mode in The Sims 3: Generations has the Ultimate Backyard Slide and the Rib-it Rib-it Froggy McFrog Slide, which are are water toys that resemble a Slip 'n Slide, and are generally referred to as water slides. There is also a water slide featured in Katy Perry's Sweet Treats.
