'''Witty Washout''' is the [[Non-playable character#Community lot NPCs|janitor]] on some [[Magic Town]] [[community lot]]s. When using the default lots, he appears in [[Clowntastic Land]] and [[Coldwind Meadows]].
He is a clown that looks very much like the [[Tragic Clown]], though he is not a menace to Sims whose moods drop. Like all janitors, he ignores other Sims, and gets on with his job however he will sometimes stop to hug the Tragic Clown, however the Tragic Clown doesn't seem to like him as a thought balloon with a cross on Witty's face will come up after the Tragic Clown hugs him. It is unknown whether Witty feels the same way.
He has no interactions whatsoever, as he is just a service Sim.
