170 Main Street is the Caliente sisters' home. It is a small condo with three floors, the third being a rooftop deck.
Outside
On the outside, the Caliente home looks much like the other five condos in Pleasantview. It is nestled between Don's home 150 Main Street and 190 Main Street. It is in an area often referred to as, "The Condo District."
Inside
On the first floor of the home, there is a large living room with a staircase leading to the second floor, and a doorway leading to the kitchen. The living room contains a floral sofa and an orange armchair, along with a television, bookshelf, and exercise machine. There is also a small coffee table, on which Michael Bachelor's urn sits. The kitchen has island-style counters with a couple of stools, a small dining table, a stove and fridge, and an espresso machine.
On the second floor, there is a very small hallway leading to two rooms. Each room has its own dresser, but one has a single bed (presumably Nina's) and the other has a double bed (presumably where Dina slept with Michael before his death) and mirror. Each bedroom has a door to the bathroom, which contains a bathtub, toilet, and sink. There is also a small balcony.
The third floor is rooftop deck with a bar, stereo, hot tub, and some lounge chairs. When the family is first played, both sisters are here.
If Seasons is installed, the access to the rooftop deck is open to the weather.
